Red has always been one of my absolute favorites of Taylor's albums. I love the mix of different songs and getting to see Taylor's first real steps into pop music. This album came out during my first semester of college, which was obviously a time of big change in my life. I spent a lot of time listening to this between classes while working on homework. I always felt like she was there for me over those years, especially when I had my biggest heartbreak.
It has been interesting going through each of the albums like this in order and listening to every one of her songs. Some of these songs I haven't heard for years at this point.
My favorites from the album: "Holy Ground," "The Last Time," "22," "All Too Well," "Red," and "State of Grace."
